The intersections within this triad force us to reflect on each of them in their singularity, and at the same time, to re-think them based on the tensions they establish in their juxtapositions, in their irreducibility. The relations they inaugurate involve both time (in a plural sense) and the way we situate ourselves “in” history. Theaters and archives, although inseparably linked to memories, hold a contradictory relationship between them. On the one hand, they may be considered as necessarily intertwined; on the other, we here verify the alien relations they hold. From this point of view, any possible agreement implies partially giving up their own conditions, which is the reason why these “pacts” are precariously made. Este trabajo aborda los complejos vínculos entre archivos, teatros y memorias como conceptos capaces de configurar dispositivos particulares y problemáticos. Los cruces que operan los elementos de esta tríada fuerzan la reflexión sobre cada uno de ellos, en su singularidad, y obligan a re-pensarlos a partir de las tensiones que establecen: en sus atravesamientos, en su irreductibilidad. Las relaciones a que dan lugar involucran el tiempo en su pluralidad y el modo en que nos situamos ‘en’ la historia. Teatros y archivos, aunque guardan un vínculo inseparable con las memorias, sostienen entre ellos una relación contradictoria: por un lado, podrían considerarse necesariamente implicados y, a la vez, verificamos que mantienen relaciones de extranjería. Desde ese punto de vista, cualquier acuerdo posible implica renuncias parciales a sus propias condiciones y es por eso que estos ‘pactos’ se concretan de forma precaria.
