For this purpose, this writing is articulated into two main parts: the first one is a historical observation of the music-technology relation, distinguishing the bases upon which such way of expression is founded, and also analyzing the form problem as a positive turning point for this search; the second part is an analytical approach to two interactive musical pieces by Yamil Burguener, validating the hypothesis made in first instance, and finally, concluding with a reflection about the potentialities held by the unforeseeable nature of the interactive musical composition. En el presente trabajo se intenta poner en valor y consideración la obra de música interactiva objetando las opiniones negativas del sector academicista hacia esta forma de arte. Con este propósito el escrito se articula en dos grandes partes: la primera, una observación histórica de la relación música-tecnología distinguiendo las bases sobre las cuales se funda dicho modo de expresión y analizando el problema de la forma como punto de inflexión positiva en esta búsqueda artística; la segunda, un acercamiento analítico a dos obras de música interactiva de Yamil Burguener, constatando de manera más tangible las hipótesis forjadas en primera instancia concluyendo, por último, en una reflexión acerca de las potencialidades que alberga el carácter imprevisible de la obra de música interactiva.
