There was a direct relationship among the clinical presumption, the laboratory findings and anatomopathologic results in 92, 59% of the cases. Conclusions: ?- There exists a direct relationship among the clinical presumption, the laboratory findings and anatomopathologic results, demonstrated through the Kappa index. ?- Although the analitos possesses a grade of own specificity, they acquire special importance when they accompany of clinical manifestations that can guide toward the presumptive diagnosis of the AA. ?- It is deduced, from the epidemiologic analysis, that AA constitutes a pathology of medium incidence with high socio-economic repercussion when there is late diagnosis.
