Introduction: This article is part of a study on emotional distress among nursing workers in the post-COVID stage in Rosario. The effects of these dynamics on the organization of nursing work in different institutional scenarios were analyzed. The ethical purpose of the study was to recover the voices of characters who, having been key during the pandemic, often go unheard in discursive exchanges. Methodology: Qualitative approach. Intentional sample of nurses who worked in public and private healthcare institutions during the pandemic, aiming to reflect the heterogeneity of the study universe. Attributes such as gender, the sector where they worked (public or private), multiple employment, type of service, and job role (care or management function) were considered. In-depth interviews were conducted with thirteen nurses between June and November 2023. Tools from Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) were used. Results and Conclusions: The analyzed speech revealed the existence of differential dynamics depending on the type of institution, which conditioned the organization of work and bond configurations during the pandemic. In private institutions, hierarchical dynamics based on command/obedience and the dominance of biomedical power prevailed, leading to more asymmetric relationships between nurses and physicians, as well as between managers and care staff. In the public sector, institutional dynamics were more centered on consensus building and the formation of transversal links among different disciplines, which fostered cooperation among workers and strengthened nursing autonomy. |

Introducción: El presente artículo forma parte de un estudio sobre malestar emocional de trabajadores de enfermería en la etapa posCOVID en Rosario. El objetivo fue explorar aspectos diferenciales de lógicas institucionales de efectores públicos y privados de salud que incidieron en la construcción de vínculos entre los trabajadores. Se analizaron los efectos de estas lógicas en la organización del trabajo enfermero en los distintos escenarios institucionales. El estudio tuvo como propósito ético recuperar aquellas voces de actores que, habiendo sido claves en la pandemia, suelen quedar inaudibles en los intercambios discursivos. Metodología: Abordaje cualitativo. Muestra intencional de enfermeros que trabajaron en instituciones públicas y privadas de salud durante la pandemia, intentando reflejar la heterogeneidad del universo de estudio. Se consideraron atributos como: género, subsector en el que se desempeñaban (público o privado), pluriempleo, tipo de servicio y rol laboral (función asistencial o gestión). Se realizaron entrevistas en profundidad con trece enfermeros entre los meses de junio y noviembre de 2023. Se trabajó con herramientas del Análisis Crítico de Discurso (ACD). Resultados y Conclusiones: Los discursos analizados permitieron inferir la existencia de lógicas diferenciales según tipo de institución, que condicionaron la organización del trabajo y las configuraciones vinculares en tiempos de pandemia. En efectores privados se presentaron lógicas institucionales de tipo piramidal con criterio de mandato/obediencia y pregnancia del poder biomédico, que condicionó relaciones más asimétricas entre enfermeros y médicos, así como entre gestores y personal asistencial. En el ámbito público, se observaron lógicas institucionales más centradas en la construcción de consenso y conformación de vínculos transversales entre distintas disciplinas, lo que favoreció lazos de cooperación entre trabajadores y fortalecimiento de autonomía enfermera. Introdução: Este artigo faz parte de um estudo sobre o mal-estar emocional dos trabalhadores de enfermagem na fase pós-COVID em Rosário. O objetivo foi explorar aspectos diferenciais da lógica institucional dos prestadores de saúde públicos e privados que influenciaram a construção das relações entre os trabalhadores. Foram analisados os efeitos dessas lógicas na organização do trabalho de enfermagem em diferentes cenários institucionais. O propósito ético do estudo era recuperar as vozes de atores-chave durante a pandemia, que muitas vezes permanecem inaudíveis nas trocas discursivas. Metodologia: Abordagem qualitativa. Amostra intencional de enfermeiros que atuaram em instituições de saúde públicas e privadas durante a pandemia, visando refletir a heterogeneidade da população do estudo. Os atributos considerados incluíram gênero, subsetor em que trabalhavam (público ou privado), múltiplos empregos, tipo de serviço e função (assistência ou gestão). Foram realizadas entrevistas em profundidade com treze enfermeiros entre junho e novembro de 2023. Foram utilizadas ferramentas de Análise Crítica do Discurso (ADC). Resultados e Conclusões: Os discursos analisados permitiram inferir a existência de lógicas diferenciais segundo o tipo de instituição, que condicionaram a organização do trabalho e as configurações relacionais em tempos de pandemia. Nas instituições privadas, estavam presentes lógicas institucionais piramidais, com critério de mandato/obediência e pregnância do poder biomédico, condicionando relações mais assimétricas entre enfermeiros e médicos, bem como entre gestores e profissionais de saúde. Na esfera pública, observaram-se lógicas institucionais mais voltadas para a construção de consensos e o estabelecimento de vínculos interdisciplinares entre diferentes disciplinas, o que fomentou laços de cooperação entre os trabalhadores e fortaleceu a autonomia da enfermagem.
