In this context, this study explores the obstacles and facilitators for incorporating a gender perspective into the field of continuing education in healthcare. Through exploratory research with a qualitative approach, intentional interviews were conducted with 14 key informants, including public health policy decision-makers and coordinators of continuing education spaces at the City Ministry of Health. Results showed a significant contrast between the visibility of the issue and the level of awareness about it. Institutional, healthcare system, work perspective, and individual obstacles were identified for the implementation of training policies in this field. Among the facilitators, socio-historical transformations and generational changes were highlighted.

La inclusión de la perspectiva de género resulta una herramienta clave para reducir inequidades, sesgos y brechas de género en los procesos de prevención, atención, diagnóstico y tratamiento en el sistema de salud. Sin embargo, la formación en esta perspectiva resulta insuficiente, incluso a pesar de la vigencia de normativas y políticas de transversalización de género en el sistema público de salud de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. En este marco, este trabajo interroga acerca de ¿cuáles son los obstáculos y facilitadores para la incorporación de la perspectiva de género en el campo de la formación permanente en salud? A partir de una investigación exploratoria con enfoque cualitativo, se implementó una entrevista intencional a 16 informantes clave, decisores de políticas públicas de salud y coordinadores de espacios de formación continua en el Ministerio de Salud de la Ciudad. Entre los resultados se halló un alto contraste entre la visibilidad de la vacancia del tema y el conocimiento del mismo. Se identificaron obstáculos  institucionales, del sistema de salud, de perspectiva de trabajo e individuales, para la implementación de políticas formativas en este campo.  Entre los facilitadores se destacaron las transformaciones socio-históricos y los cambios generacionales. A inclusão da perspectiva de género é uma ferramenta fundamental para reduzir as desigualdades, preconceitos e disparidades de género nos processos de prevenção, cuidados, diagnóstico e tratamento no sistema de saúde. Contudo, a educação permanente nesta perspectiva é insuficiente, mesmo apesar da validade das regulamentações e políticas de integração de género no sistema de saúde pública da Cidade Autonômica  de Buenos Aires. Neste quadro, este trabalho questiona quais são os obstáculos e facilitadores para a incorporação da perspectiva de género no campo da educação continuada em saúde? A partir de uma pesquisa exploratória com abordagem qualitativa, foi implementada uma entrevista intencional com 14 informantes-chave, formuladores de políticas públicas de saúde e coordenadores de espaços de formação permanente do Ministério de Saúde da Cidade. Dentre os resultados, foi encontrado um alto contraste entre a visibilidade da vacância do tema e o conhecimento dele. Foram identificados obstáculos institucionais, do sistema de saúde, da perspectiva de trabalho e individuais para a implementação de políticas de formação nesta área.
