description The objective of this text is to analyze Argentinian food policy from a perspective of collective action in the political process. First, we present reflections regarding the main concepts underlying the configuration of food policy and represent its uncritical assimilation. Then, recognizing the appearance of the agro-industrial model, we identify the emergence of actors with conflict of interest who join the political arena in order to make their sector interests prevail over food regulation attempts.  Finally, we recognize that the theoretical approach of Promoting Coalitions adds an interruption of the consensual models, when becoming a reading alternative from the promotion of changes in policies led by the civil society.  In this way, there is a call to review profiles of pragmatic food policies towards those ones with an integral-systemic base, with transforming and critical potential of the food context. The objective of this article is to recover theoretical approaches that, from public health as well as from political sciences, demand systemic understanding of food problems in the context of neoliberal economies and in the framework of a corporative food system.

Inicialmente, se presentan reflexiones en torno a los conceptos que de modo dominante subyacen en la configuración de la política alimentaria y que encarnan su asimilación acrítica. Luego, reconociendo la irrupción del modelo agroindustrial se identifica la emergencia de actores con conflicto de interés que se incorporan a la arena política con la finalidad de hacer prevalecer sus intereses sectoriales frente a los intentos de regulación alimentaria. Finalmente, se reconoce que el enfoque teórico de las Coaliciones Promotoras incorpora una ruptura con los modelos consensualistas, al constituirse en alternativa de lectura desde la promoción de los cambios en la política liderados por la sociedad civil. Se convoca de este modo, a revisar los perfiles de las políticas alimentarias de corte pragmático hacia aquellas de base sistémica-integral, con potencial transformador y crítico del entorno alimentario. El objetivo del artículo es recuperar enfoques teóricos que, tanto desde la salud pública como desde la ciencia política, reclaman una comprensión sistémica de las problemáticas alimentarias en el contexto de las economías neoliberales y en el marco de un régimen alimentario corporativo.  Este texto pretende analisar a política alimentar da Argentina desde a perspectiva da ação coletiva no processo político. Inicialmente, são apresentadas reflexões ao redor dos conceitos que  de maneira dominante  fundamentam a configuração da política alimentar e que corporizam sua assimilação acrítica. Em seguida, reconhecendo a irrupção do modelo agroindustrial, identifica-se a emergência de atores com conflitos de interesse que se inserem na arena política a fim de fazer prevalecer seus interesses setoriais contra as tentativas de regulamentação  alimentar. Por fim, reconhece-se que a abordagem teórica das Coalizões Promotoras incorpora uma ruptura com os modelos consensuais, ao se constituir em uma alternativa de leitura a partir da promoção de mudanças nas políticas lideradas pela sociedade civil. Desta forma, é chamada a rever os perfis das políticas alimentares pragmáticas para as de base sistêmico-integral, com potencial transformador e crítico do  entorno alimentar. O objetivo do artigo é recuperar abordagens teóricas que, tanto da saúde pública quanto da ciência política, reclamam uma compreensão sistêmica dos problemas alimentares no contexto das economias neoliberais e no marco de um regime alimentar corporativo.
