The change from normal functioning of a hospital attending all sorts of patients, touched the psychological services as well: The author trained in crisis intervention and psychological assistance in emergencies had to change his normal working modality – attending patients-into the modality of caring for the highly stressed nurses. He was able to introduce psychological support training nurse peers; by that the teams were able to turn back to a good and efficient functioning in spite of the heavy workload. Some deductions and reflections on a more organised assistance during the next wave are discussed. La pandémia de Covid 19 llegó tambien a las montañas del Norte de Italia, la Provincia Autonoma del Alto Adige, parte alemanófona fronteriza con Austria. El cambio de la función de un hospital normal a un funcionamiento de hospital Covid tambien tocó a la psicología médica; el autor, formado en APSPE tuvo que cambiar de su modo de atender a pacientes para ocuparse del personal enfermero muy exigido y estresado. Ha logrado introducir SPS a traves pares y así pudo restablecer y asegurar el buen funcionamiento de los equipos Covid. La deducción y la previsión de una asistencia mas organizada para la proxima ola se discute al fin. A pandemia de Covid 19 também atingiu as montanhas do norte da Itália, a Província Autônoma de Alto Adige, um território de língua alemã na fronteira com a Áustria. A mudança na função de um hospital normal para uma operação de hospital Covid também afetou a psicologia médica; O autor, formado na APSPE, teve que mudar sua forma de cuidar do paciente para lidar com a equipe de enfermagem altamente exigente e estressada. Ele conseguiu introduzir o SPS por meio de pares e, portanto, foi capaz de restaurar e garantir o funcionamento adequado das equipes Covid.
