This restricts the strike, not only by current legislation, but also by questions related to professional ethics. Objective: To know the opinion of the users of the Burruyacu Hospital (Tucumán) about the strike of health professionals as a protest modality. Material and Methods: The opinions of 20 users of the Burruyacu Hospital were collected by means of an individual and open interview with an orientation questionnaire. The qualitative analysis of the variable under study was carried out through codification and subsequent analysis of topics. Results: A) Conception of the term ¨Strike¨: it is a right that workers have. B) Strike in essential services: Legally and ethically limited. C) Minimum guards do not guarantee the attention of the population. D) Access to health with closed hospitals: Thinking about total unemployment is not an option. La huelga es un derecho constitucional. Ámbitos laborales, como ser la asistencia sanitaria, son considerados servicios esenciales. Esto restringe la huelga, no solo por la legislación vigente, sino por interrogantes relacionados a la ética profesional. Objetivo: Conocer la opinión de los usuarios del Hospital de Burruyacu (Tucumán) acerca de la huelga de los profesionales de la salud como modalidad de protesta. Material y Métodos: Se recolectó mediante entrevista individual y abierta con cuestionario orientativo, las opiniones de 20 usuarios del Hospital de Burruyacu. Se realizó el análisis cualitativo de la variable en estudio mediante codificación y posterior análisis de temas. Resultados:  A) Concepción del término ¨Huelga¨: es un derecho que poseen los trabajadores. B) Huelga en servicios esenciales: Limitado jurídica y éticamente. C) Guardias mínimas no garantizan la atención de la población. D) Acceso a la salud con hospitales cerrados: Pensar en un paro total no es una opción. A greve é um direito constitucional. Os campos de trabalho, como cuidados de saúde, são considerados serviços essenciais. Isso restringe a greve, não apenas pela legislação atual, mas também por questões relacionadas à ética profissional. Objetivo: Conhecer a opinião dos usuários do Hospital Burruyacu (Tucumán) sobre a greve dos profissionais de saúde como modalidade de protesto. Material e Métodos: As opiniões de 20 usuários do Hospital de Burruyacu foram coletadas por meio de entrevista individual e aberta com um questionário de orientação. A análise qualitativa da variável em estudo foi realizada por meio de codificação e posterior análise de temas. Resultados: A) Concepção do termo «Strike»: é um direito que os trabalhadores têm. B) Greve em serviços essenciais: Legal e eticamente limitada. C) Guardas Mínimas não garantem a atenção da população.
