| Sumario: | The main objective of this research was to identify the obstacles and Accessibility facilitators to Mental Health Services of First and Second Level of Attention in the city of Alta Gracia for people with LGBTI identities (Lesbians, Gays, Bisexual, Transgender, and Intersex). For this purpose, work was done using an Interpretative Study from Qualitative Methodology and in-depth interviews were performed to three groups of people: professionals from Mental Health teams; Socio-Political Gender Diversity Organizations and people self defined as LGBTI. The data produced were systematized and analyzed with the CCM - Constant Comparative Method - one of the main strategies of Grounded Theory, using Atlas, the program of qualitative analysis. Ti 6.0 was used as the application tool of such method. The main conclusions in this study show a larger number of obstacles in Psycho-Socio-Cultural Accessibility to Mental Health Services for LGBIT people. The main factors identified were: hetero-regulations and social characteristics of Public Health Policies, Mental Health teams´ ignorance of perspectives of Gender diversity, and the disagreement/invisibilization between Socio-Political Gender Diversity Organizations and Mental Health Services. |
