The main objective of this research was to identify the obstacles and Accessibility facilitators to Mental Health Services of First and Second Level of Attention in the city of Alta Gracia for people with LGBTI identities (Lesbians, Gays, Bisexual, Transgender, and Intersex).For this purpose, work was done using an Interpretative Study from Qualitative Methodology and in-depth interviews were performed to three groups of people: professionals from Mental Health teams; Socio-Political Gender Diversity Organizations and people self defined as LGBTI. The data produced were systematized and analyzed with the CCM - Constant Comparative Method - one of the main strategies of Grounded Theory, using Atlas, the program of qualitative analysis. Ti 6.0 was used as the application tool of such method. The main conclusions in this study show a larger number of obstacles in Psycho-Socio-Cultural Accessibility to Mental Health Services for LGBIT people.The main factors identified were: hetero-regulations and social characteristics of Public Health Policies, Mental Health teams´ ignorance of perspectives of Gender diversity, and the disagreement/invisibilization between Socio-Political Gender Diversity Organizations and Mental Health Services. |

El objetivo principal de esta investigación consistió en identificar los obstáculos y facilitadores de Accesibilidad a los Servicios de Salud Mental del Primer y Segundo Nivel de Atención en la ciudad de Alta Gracia de las personas con identidades LGBTI (Lesbianas, Gays, Bisexuales, Transgéneros e Intersexuales). A tal efecto, se trabajó desde la Metodología Cualitativa con un Estudio de Tipo Interpretativo y se realizaron entrevistas en profundidad a tres grupos de personas: profesionales de los equipos de Salud Mental, Organizaciones Socio-Políticas de Diversidad de Género y personas que se autodefinen como LGBTI. Los datos producidos fueron sistematizados y analizados con el M.C.C –Método Comparativo Constante- una de las estrategias principales de la teoría fundamentada, con la utilización del programa de análisis cualitativo Atlas. Ti 6.0 como herramienta de aplicación de dicho método. Las principales conclusiones de este estudio dan cuenta de una mayor cantidad de obstáculos en la Accesibilidad Psico-Socio-Cultural a los Servicios de Salud Mental por parte de las personas LGBTI, se identificaron como principales factores: las características asistenciales y heteronormativas de las Políticas Públicas de Salud, el desconocimiento de las perspectivas de diversidad de Género de lxs equipos de Salud Mental y el desencuentro/invisibilización entre las Organizaciones Socio-Políticos de Diversidad de Genero y los Servicios de Salud Mental O alvo principal desta pesquisa foi identificar as barreiras e facilitadores de acessibilidade aos Serviços de Saúde Mental de Primeiro e Segundo Nível de Cuidados, na cidade de Alta Gracia,das pessoas com identidades LGBTI (lésbicas, gays, Bissexuais, Trans e Intersexuais). Paratanto, pesquisou-se a partir da Metodologia Qualitativa com um estudo do Tipo Interpretativo e três grupos de pessoas foram entrevistados em profundidade: profissionais de equipes de Saúde Mental, Organizações Políticas de Diversidade de Gênerode saúde e pessoas que se auto-definem como LGBTI. Os dados coletados foram sistematizados e analisados com o M.C.C -Método Comparativo Constante-uma das principais estratégias da teoria fundamentada, com o uso do programa qualitativo de análise Atlas. Ti 6.0 como ferramenta para a aplicação desse método.
