| Sumario: | The objective of this work is to propose a future Value Stream Mapping in an SME company from Mar del Plata. The organization in which this experience is developed is dedicated to the production and marketing of organic-based fertilizers. The methodology used consists of applying the last step of the four designed to carry out a Value Stream Mapping presented at the National Meeting of Operations Research Teachers (XXXVI ENDIO - XXXIV EPIO 2023). The application of the first three steps was presented at the XII National Meeting of Engineering Researchers and Teachers (EnIDI 2023). Documented information, interviews with key informants and direct observation of the processes are the main sources of data used for this development. In addition, to contextualize the situation, secondary sources of information are accessed. As a result, a future Value Stream Mapping is obtained and improvement proposals necessary for its implementation are generated. |
