The different criterions used to evaluate the civil organizations were obtained by consensus of experts.In this context of decision was necessary make use of a methodology that allows simultaneous evaluation of the different criterions to determine their importance and found a final order for the alternatives.The Rating Analytical Hierarchical Process Model was used to found the final order of the health civil organizations of Bahia Blanca city that enables to choose those which responsibility will be to set up and direct the social net. En el presente artículo se aborda un problema de toma de decisión relativo a la selección de Organizaciones Civiles sin Fines de Lucro, ONGs, para conformar una organización virtual. Los diferentes criterios frente a los cuales fueron evaluadas las ONGs para el proceso de selección se obtuvieron por consenso a partir de la indagación de distintos miembros vinculados a las mismas.En este contexto de decisión fue necesario utilizar una metodología de apoyo que permitiera evaluar simultáneamente los distintos criterios determinando su importancia y establecer el ordenamiento final de las alternativas en relación a los mismos.Se aplicó el método multicriterio Proceso Analítico Jerárquico, particularmente en su modelo de Ratings, para establecer el ordenamiento final, de las ONGs pertenecientes al área de salud de la ciudad de Bahía Blanca con el fin de seleccionar las posibles instituciones responsables de fundar y dirigir una red social.
