This work aims to characterize the analytical functionality of the theoretical developments around the issue. To do this, the process of institutionalization of the social and soldier economy in Argentine society is examined through some components of the theoretical construction on the issue. Las indagaciones de Oszlak sobre la “cuestión socialmente problematizada” constituyen uno de sus aportes al conocimiento de las políticas públicas en el ámbito latinoamericano. En este trabajo se pretende caracterizar la funcionalidad analítica de los desarrollos teóricos en torno a la cuestión. Para ello se examina el proceso de institucionalización de la economía social y solidaria en la sociedad argentina a través de algunos componentes de la construcción teórica sobre la cuestión.
