The convergence of scientific development, the application of new technologies and the speed of automation, digitalization and incorporation of new ways of managing information processes are accelerating reforms in traditional organizational formats inherited from the last century. The issue is crucial, since one of the characteristics of this type of society is the lability of its labor market. In this framework, a good part of the workforce will have to face scenarios in which skills are required that, despite being sophisticated and innovative, are not within their reach. Profound changes are expected in administrative work, from white collar workers to digital collar workers, that is, new profiles associated with these changes at different levels, such as income, work modalities, professionalization and training. The purpose of this presentation is to observe and analyze the different scenarios that emerge, in order to outline future strategies for public employment. El mundo del trabajo atraviesa profundas transformaciones producidas por la denominada IV Revolución Industrial. La convergencia del desarrollo científico, la aplicación de nuevas tecnologías y la velocidad de los procesos de automatización, digitalización e incorporación de nuevas maneras de gestionar la información están acelerando reformas en los formatos organizacionales tradicionales heredados del siglo pasado. El tema es crucial, ya que una de las características de este tipo de sociedades es la labilidad de su mercado laboral. En este marco, una buena parte del plantel de trabajadoras/es tendrá que afrontar escenarios en los que se exijan capacidades que, por sofisticadas y novedosas, no se encuentran a su alcance. Se prevén profundos cambios en el trabajo administrativo, de trabajadoras/es de cuello blanco a trabajadoras/es de cuello digital, es decir nuevos perfiles asociados a esos cambios en diferentes planos, como ingreso, modalidades de trabajo, profesionalización y capacitación. El propósito de esta presentación es observar y analizar los diferentes escenarios que se asoman, con el fin de delinear estrategias a futuro para el empleo público.
