To do so, we will make an explanation about the current phase of industrial economy called the fourth industrial revolution and the importance of this type of industry in it. At this way, the concept of social precarization of labor is essential to understand the negative impacts of these innovations. In this context, we will try to answer, even preliminarily, the question of what possible and necessary policies are to prevent negative impacts on workers in general. Nuestro objetivo es analizar la fabricación avanzada (industria 4.0) y sus impactos en la organización del mundo del trabajo, situándonos entre dos extremos: el pesimismo ridículo y el optimismo ingenuo. Para ello, haremos una explicación sobre la fase actual de la economía industrial llamada la cuarta revolución industrial y la importancia de este tipo de industria en la misma. No dejaremos de abordar la cuestión de la precarización social del trabajo, que es esencial para comprender los impactos negativos de estas innovaciones. En este contexto, trataremos de responder, incluso de manera preliminar, a la pregunta de qué políticas son posibles y necesarias para prevenir los impactos negativos sobre los trabajadores en general. O nosso objetivo é analisar a manufatura avançada (indústria 4.0) e seus impactos na organização do mundo do trabalho nos situando entre dois extremos: o pessimismo ludita e o otimismo ingênuo. Para tal, faremos uma explanação sobre a atual fase da economia industrial chamada de quarta revolução industrial e a importância deste tipo de indústria nela. Não deixando de tratar a questão da precarização social do trabalho, essencial para se entender os impactos negativos destas inovações. Neste contexto procuraremos responder, mesmo que preliminarmente, a questão sobre quais as políticas possíveis e necessárias a prevenção dos impactos negativos sobre os trabalhadores em geral.
