This Component was carried out within the framework of the Project "Colombia, Chile, El Salvador: A new step in the application of policies against violence, with police actors. Mujeres más seguras" (Safer Women), deployed between 2013 and 2015 through permanent work with the police in Colombia, Chile, El Salvador, Argentina and Guatemala. El siguiente artículo expresa los lineamientos y desarrollos que contuvieron al Componente Virtual de Capacitación y Transferencia de Experiencias, llevado adelante por el Centro de Intercambio Subregional Cono Sur ALAHUA – CISCSA (Córdoba, Argentina), en colaboración con el Centro de Estudios Urbanos y Regionales, del Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas -CEUR/CONICET- (Argentina). Dicho Componente se realizó en el marco del Proyecto "Colombia, Chile, El Salvador: Un nuevo paso en la aplicación de políticas contra la violencia, con actores policiales. Mujeres más seguras”, desplegado entre 2013 a 2015 a través de un trabajo permanente con las policías de Colombia, Chile, El Salvador, Argentina y Guatemala.
