Therefore, by the creation of a solid legal structure, these types of acts against the interests of children, becomes less likely to occur. La interpretación uniforme de los conceptos jurídicos de los convenios sobre sustracción internacional de menores por parte de las autoridades nacionales, el ajuste de esas respuestas a la jurisprudencia de los otros Estados contratantes, y la intensificación de la cooperación internacional, constituyen las herramientas que coadyuvan a garantizar que se cumplan los objetivos de estos tratados. De esa forma, se crea una sólida estructura legal que torne menos probable la ocurrencia de estos actos contrarios a los intereses de los niños.
