Observamos que en la actualidad se hace permanente referencia a los pueblos, en ocasiones en relación a principios del Derecho Internacional, en ocasiones como sinónimo de otras expresiones. Alcanzar una precisión al respecto reviste particular importancia en situaciones como la de nuestras Islas Malvinas. Es por ello que en el desarrollo del presente trabajo hacemos un sintético recorrido por las diferentes aristas que ofrece este concepto.
