This article aims to give testimony of the historical development of the Political Law teaching in our Law School and the performance of the titular professors, who took on. La teoría del estado y la historia de las ideas políticas no conocieron, en la Facultad de Derechos de la UNC, una enseñanza autónoma sino hasta la creación en el año 1942 de la Cátedra de Derecho Político. El devenir histórico de la enseñanza de esta materia en la Facultad está marcado por los diversos profesores a los que les cupo la responsabilidad de ejercer la titularidad de la cátedra correspondiente. El presente artículo tiene por finalidad dejar testimonio del desarrollo histórico de la enseñanza del Derecho Político en nuestra facultad y de la actuación de los profesores titulares que la llevaron adelante.
