| Sumario: | A series of questions leaded the research carried out. So we wonder: a) The sexual and reproductive health in adolescents, is treated as a part of the right to health?; b) Are there any insufficiency in the framework of rights guaranteed by the existing rules?; c) Does the implementation of programs on sexual health and responsible procreation for adults is enough to ensure young people the effective exercise of their rights? We try to establish if a program developed specifically for youth, which takes into account their interests, needs and particular profiles, is able to achieve a better responsible exercise of their right to sexual and reproductive health. |
