So we wonder: a) The sexual and reproductive health in adolescents, is treated as a part of the right to health?; b) Are there any insufficiency in the framework of rights guaranteed by the existing rules?; c) Does the implementation of programs on sexual health and responsible procreation for adults is enough to ensure young people the effective exercise of their rights? We try to establish if a program developed specifically for youth, which takes into account their interests, needs and particular profiles, is able to achieve a better responsible exercise of their right to sexual and reproductive health. Una serie de interrogantes constituyeron el motor de la investigación llevada a cabo. Así nos preguntamos: a) la materia de salud sexual y reproductiva en los adolescentes, ¿es tratado como una parte del derecho a la salud?; b) ¿hay insuficiencia en el marco de derechos otorgados en las normas vigentes?; c) ¿la implementación de los programas de salud sexual y procreación responsable dirigidos a la población en general, son suficientes para garantizar a los jóvenes el efectivo ejercicio de sus derechos? Se intenta dilucidar si un programa elaborado específicamente para los jóvenes, que tenga en cuenta sus intereses, necesidades y particular perfil, es idóneo para lograr un mejor ejercicio responsable de su derecho a la salud sexual y reproductiva.
