The core of the argumentation lies in the legal nature of Peacekeeping Operations with their particular and specific characteristics defining them, and the normative framework governing international responsibility in such cases.  Este trabajo presenta las conclusiones de la tesis doctoral de la autora titulada “Responsabilidad de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas por hechos internacionalmente ilícitos: Operaciones de Mantenimiento de la Paz e inmunidades”. Allí se describe y analiza la atribución de responsabilidad a la Organización de las Naciones Unidas por hechos internacionalmente ilícitos cometidos en ejecución de sus operaciones de mantenimiento de la paz.
