Sumario:The provisions of the National Civil and Commercial Code on modal donations and their revocation for non-compliance with the position generate interesting and still not extinguished doctrinal and jurisprudential musings. The most pronounced and worrying is that related to the perpetual or temporary nature that must be assigned to the position if a completion period has not been agreed upon. The issue is closely related to perpetual ties, to the need to release the donee after a reasonable period of time, and to prevent the donor from being able to annul the act if the beneficiary breaks the manner.
