The most pronounced and worrying is that related to the perpetual or temporary nature that must be assigned to the position if a completion period has not been agreed upon. The issue is closely related to perpetual ties, to the need to release the donee after a reasonable period of time, and to prevent the donor from being able to annul the act if the beneficiary breaks the manner. Las previsiones del Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación sobre las donaciones modales y su revocación por incumplimiento del cargo generan interesantes y aún no extinguidas cavilaciones doctrinarias y jurisprudenciales. La más acusada y preocupante es la relativa al carácter perpetuo o temporal que debe asignársele al cargo si no se ha convenido un plazo de consumación. El asunto está íntimamente relacionado a los vínculos perpetuos, a la necesidad de liberar al donatario luego de un plazo razonable, y a impedir que el donante pueda dejar sin efecto el acto si el beneficiario quebranta el modo.
