The environmental policies analysis of Belgium and Singapore represents a significant effort to generate a reflection that environmental issues have been a priority for a long time, not a passing fad, but a true commitment and responsibility of all countries to guarantee a better quality of life, citizen’s welfare and better environmental conditions. Esta investigación centra su interés en el estudio general de las preocupaciones ambientales en Asia y Europa en el marco de “la estrategia de cooperación Europa-Asia en el ámbito del medio ambiente”, puntualizando los casos de Bélgica y Singapur como referentes importantes del diseño de políticas ambientales en áreas fundamentales del desarrollo sustentable: agua, aire y suelo.El análisis de las políticas ambientales de Bélgica y Singapur representa un esfuerzo significativo para generar una reflexión de que los asuntos ambientales son una prioridad desde hace tiempo, no una moda pasajera, sino un verdadero compromiso y una responsabilidad de todos los países para garantizar una mejor calidad de vida, bienestar para los ciudadanos y mejores condicionesmedioambientales.
