Surprisingly the basic topics this paper deals with,i.e. Transport, Foreign Trade, Tourism and Customs Law are not compulsorily included in the syllabus of the Law career in our country despite the countless situations a lawyer has to face during the practice of his profession and that require the knowledge of the specific regulations on these topics. En septiembre de 2017, por Resolución N° 3401-E2017, el Ministerio de Educación de la Nación aprobó los contenidos curriculares mínimos de la Carrera de Abogacía, en miras a la primera convocatoria para acreditar la misma por ante la Comisión Nacional de Evaluación y Acreditación Universitaria (CONEAU) y que se concretara el 18 de diciembre de ese mismo año. Sorprendentemente,la temática base del presente trabajo, es decir, transporte, comercio exterior, turismo y derecho aduanero, se encuentra ausente de lo exigido para otorgar el título de abogado en nuestro país, a pesar de las innumerables situaciones que se presentan en el ejercicio de la profesión y que requieren el conocimiento de normativa específica.
