Furthermore, it looks through the new regulations issued after the Covid-19 pandemic that put online  mediation protocols into effect, for both Judicial Mediation Centers (Regulatory Agreements 1625 and 1643, Superior Court of Justice) as well as for other public and private centers (Resolutions 02/20 and 03/20, Secretary of Justice), inquiring about itsimpacts over the formerly related principles. El presente trabajo analiza en profundidad los principios y garantías contenidos en la ley provincial de mediación 10543 (Córdoba, 2018) a partir de los aportes teóricos de distintos autores, identificando tanto aquellos que fueron introducidos por la nueva normativa como aquellos que ya estaban presentes en la anterior ley 8858. Además, hace una revisión de la nueva normativa dictada a partir de la pandemia Covid-19, que implementa protocolos de actuación en la virtualidad tanto para los Centros Judiciales de Mediación (Acuerdos reglamentarios 1625 y 1643 del Tribunal Superior de Justicia) como para centros públicos y privados (Resoluciones 02/20 y 03/20 de la Secretaría de Justicia), indagando sobre sus impactos sobre los principios previamente  relacionados.
