Here is a synthesis of the main SEA guidelines adapted to our institutional legal system, guided by its principles and framed in the constitutional goal of sustainable development. Este trabajo se enmarca en los resultados del proyecto de investigación (UNDEFi) cuyo objetivo fue diseñar una metodología de Evaluación Ambiental Estratégica (EAE) que se desarrolle y sea aplicada en términos de objetivos ambientales y de desarrollo sustentable conforme a nuestro sistema jurídico institucional; aplicable a políticas públicas, planes y programas (PPP) de incidencia ambiental que involucren recursos ambientales estratégicos para la Defensa. Aquí se presenta una síntesis de los principales lineamientos de la EAE adaptada a nuestro sistema jurídico institucional, guiada por sus principios y enmarcada en el objetivo constitucional del desarrollo sustentable.
