During its development, I show the usefulness of understanding a complex number of problems that arise in the interpretation within a context of jurisdictional activity. En el presente trabajo pretendo determinar un marco conceptual que pueda servir como modelo descriptivo del desarrollo de la litis entendida como un sistema de comunicación y transmisión de información. Durante su desarrollo muestro la utilidad de entender una compleja cantidad de problemas que se presentan en la interpretación dentro de un contexto propio de la actividad jurisdiccional.
