The mistreatements to which her husband subjected her and the impossibility of Carolina requesting a divorce in Egypt because the Muslim is the one who enjoys that unilateral and unconditional right, entails the need to think about possible ways to solve the issue: a) Forum necessitatis; b) Extraterritorial efficacy of unilateral repudiation; c) Principle of recognition; and d) The repudiation and deployment of the international public order clause.
