El presente trabajo realiza una sintética “topología conceptual” de las resoluciones judiciales y de los votos de Ricardo Lorenzetti, tratando de descubrir la “microfísica” del estudio aplicado en las diversas causas judiciales ambientales resueltas, bajo su concepción del paradigma ambiental: su modo de abordarlas, de pensarlas, construirlas y expresarlas, de un modo que se presentan como un todo indivisible, demostrativo de una unidad lógico jurídica.
