The booklet presents the constitutional thought of the professor in thematic groups-from the source directly and literally highlighting the main projections that the author perpetrated on the legal rules and the actions of the state powers that regulated the right of the Argentine work of the last fifty years. The thematic range summed to visualize as the stiletto writer was introduced in such diverse fields of working life making unravel the “constitutional core” of the situation set in focus, also revealing the survival analysis because many of their comments were issued in insightful loneliness and over the years became “sacrosanct” truths doctrine and jurisprudence of the country. El trabajo pretende reflejar y resaltar la importancia de la “doctrina iuslaboralista” elaborada por el profesor Germán Bidart Campos, dimensionando el alcance que sus aportes tuvieron, tienen y seguirán teniendo en la resignificación del “atalaya constitucional” desde el cual deben ser vistas las relaciones laborales. El opúsculo presenta el pensamiento constitucional del catedrático, en grupos temáticos -desde la fuente directa y literal- resaltando las principales proyecciones que el autor perpetrara sobre las normas jurídicas y las actuaciones de los poderes estatales que regularon el derecho del trabajo argentino de los últimos cincuenta años. El abanico temático compendiado permite visualizar como el estilete del escritor se introdujo en campos tan diversos del mundo laboral logrando desentrañar el “meollo constitucional” de la situación puesta en foco revelando, además, la perennidad del análisis pues muchas de sus observaciones fueron emitidas en perspicaz soledad y el paso de los años las convirtieron en verdades “sacrosantas” para la jurisprudencia y la doctrina del país.
