| Sumario: | Jurisprudential analysis required, increasingly, an effort to think in an interdisciplinary way social issues involving the law. In this regard, the proposal of this paper is to critically analyze a judicial decision at the end of 2012 in Córdoba, Argentina. This judicial sentence conceded the request for transfer of a trans woman, that was in the men’s prison, to the women’s prison. From this legal and social fact, I propose analyze some dimensions about the impact of gender identity law of Argentina in the context of prison confinement. |
