description At the end of 2015, the National University of Córdoba (UNC) unanimously approved the implementation of the Plan of Actions and Tools to Prevent, Address and Punish Gender Violence. This Action Plan was the result of collective work by the university community and expresses the commitment of this university with the eradication of gender-based violence, with the inclusion and expansion of human rights. In this work we will develop some reflections around the implementation of one of the lines of institutional intervention of the action plan that is in charge of receiving, attending to, and responding to queries and complaints at the UNC. The strategies have been modified based on the needs of the people who access the action plan and the contributions of the teams themselves that nurture the experience. It is important to work on the continuity of this public policy, greater budget and speed in the processes and that the action plan is accompanied by other key strategies to modify the university itself.

A finales del año 2015 la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (UNC) aprobó por unanimidad la implementación del Plan de Acciones y Herramientas para Prevenir, Atender y Sancionar las Violencias de Género. Este plan de acciones fue fruto de un trabajo colectivo de la comunidad universitaria y expresa el compromiso de esta universidad con la erradicación de las violencias de género, con la inclusión y la ampliación de derechos. En este trabajo desarrollaremos algunas reflexiones en torno a la implementación concreta de una de las líneas de intervención institucional del Plan de Acciones que tiene a su cargo la recepción, atención y respuesta de consultas y denuncias en la UNC. Las estrategias se han ido modificando en función de las necesidades de las personas que acceden al Plan de Acciones y de los aportes de los propios equipos de atención que nutren la experiencia. Es importante trabajar en la continuidad de esta política pública, mayor presupuesto y celeridad en los procesos y que el Plan de Acciones esté acompañado de otras estrategias claves para modificar a la propia universidad. No final de 2015, a Universidade Nacional de Córdoba (U.N.C.) aprovou por unanimidade a implementação do Plano de Ações e Ferramentas para Prevenir, Abordar e Punir a Violência de Gênero. Esse Plano de Ações foi o resultado de um trabalho coletivo da comunidade universitária e expressa o compromisso dessa Universidade com a erradicação da violência de gênero, a inclusão e a ampliação de direitos. Neste artigo, desenvolveremos algumas reflexões sobre a implementação concreta de uma das linhas de intervenção institucional do Plano de Ação, que é responsável pela recepção, atenção e resposta a consultas e denúncias na ONU. As estratégias foram modificadas de acordo com as necessidades das pessoas que acessam o Plano de Ação e com as contribuições das equipes de atendimento que alimentam a experiência. É importante trabalhar na continuidade dessa política pública, um maior orçamento e rapidez nos processos e que o Plano de Ação seja acompanhado de outras estratégias fundamentais para modificar a própria universidade.
