Sumario:This study deals with the founding group of researchers of INCUINTA of the National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA). INCUINTA is an incubator that seeks to contribute to the transfer of knowledge to companies with national capital and to the creation of technology-based companies by developing the interface areas between the research and industrial production. This article analyzes the links established by said group belonging to INTA's Institute of Virology with actors from the productive sector and the scientific-technological sector. The objective is to address the relationship between these interactions and the ways of conceiving the social utility of the knowledge of the group members over time. A qualitative methodological strategy is used based on the analysis of interviews and documentary sources. The links are characterized according to how knowledge flows between the group and the companies and scientists with whom the group interacts. It was found that the interactions sustained by the group occupied a significant place in the changes of social utility knowledge conception.
