INCUINTA is an incubator that seeks to contribute to the transfer of knowledge to companies with national capital and to the creation of technology-based companies by developing the interface areas between the research and industrial production. This article analyzes the links established by said group belonging to INTA's Institute of Virology with actors from the productive sector and the scientific-technological sector. The objective is to address the relationship between these interactions and the ways of conceiving the social utility of the knowledge of the group members over time. A qualitative methodological strategy is used based on the analysis of interviews and documentary sources. The links are characterized according to how knowledge flows between the group and the companies and scientists with whom the group interacts. It was found that the interactions sustained by the group occupied a significant place in the changes of social utility knowledge conception. El presente trabajo aborda la trayectoria del grupo de investigadores/as fundador de INCUINTA del Instituto Nacional de Tecnología Agropecuaria (INTA). INCUINTA es una incubadora que busca contribuir a la transferencia de conocimientos a empresas de capital nacional y a la creación de empresas de base tecnológica desarrollando las áreas de interfase entre la investigación y la producción industrial. Este artículo analiza las vinculaciones establecidas por dicho grupo, perteneciente al Instituto de Virología e innovación tecnológica del INTA, con actores del sector productivo y del sector científico-tecnológico. El objetivo es abordar la relación entre estas interacciones y las formas de concebir la utilidad social de los conocimientos de los/as integrantes del grupo a lo largo del tiempo. Se utiliza una estrategia metodológica cualitativa a partir del análisis de los resultados de entrevistas realizadas y de fuentes documentales. Las vinculaciones son caracterizadas según cómo sea la circulación de flujos de conocimiento entre el grupo y las empresas y los/as científicos/as con los que interactúa. Se halló que el tipo de interacciones sostenidas por el grupo ocupó un lugar relevante en los cambios en la forma de concebir la utilidad social de los conocimientos.
