To this we can add that the Cuban government has given maximum support to the creation, legalization and development of these companies as long as they comply with the established requirements and procedures. A strategic analysis is also carried out of the conditions they face and the perspectives of these MSMEs in the context of the Cuban economy. El tema de las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (MIPYMES) en Cuba, ha tomado una connotación importante a partir de la aprobación de los Decretos Leyes que aprueban su legalización y funcionamiento, no solo por la importancia que reviste y el papel que debe jugar en la recuperación económica de la isla (PIB, empleo, ingresos, productos y servicios), sino también por el impacto que ha tenido en determinados sectores de la población cubana como los profesionales y emprendedores que lo ven como una oportunidad de realizar sus sueños de crear negocios pequeños y medianos. A esto podemos añadir que el gobierno cubano ha dado el máximo apoyo a la creación, legalización y desarrollo de estas empresas siempre que cumplan con los requisitos y trámites establecidos. Se realiza además un análisis estratégico de las condiciones a que se enfrentan y de las perspectivas de estas Mipymes en el contexto de la economía cubana.
