En algunos casos el covid-19 vino a actuar como acelerador en la aceptación de la innovación tecnológica como herramienta al servicio del hombre, con la convicción que muchos de esos cambios vinieron para quedarse. No es ajeno en materia societaria, en este contexto se modifica la resolución de IGJ 7/2015. Mediante resolución 11/20, se realiza una interpretación de normas tanto del Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación como de la propia Ley 19550 resultando de las mismas la posibilidad de realización de reuniones del órgano de administración o de gobierno a distancia. Argumentos que se receptan en la resolución local 25/2020. Palabras claves: reuniones, asambleas, distancia, tecnología, aislamiento, covid-19.
