We intend to examine this process by considering the profiles, practices, and self-identification logics that prevailed among “memory workers”: what were their trajectories? ¿How did they understand their specific duties regarding memory making? ¿Which narratives, resources, and knowledge did they draw upon? Using qualitative methodology we will show how the cause for “memory, truth and justice” (as it was defined by the local human rights movement), was entangled with activism within state agencies and kirchnerism as a political identity.
