| Sumario: | This article addresses current debates regarding student accompaniment policies in Argentine universities, the tensions that cross them and their effects on educational inclusion. This reflection is framed in a Doctoral Thesis based at the Rosario Institute of Educational Sciences (IRICE) - National Council for Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET) - National University of Rosario (UNR), whose general objective is to produce knowledge about the problems of admission and student support policies in faculties of the UNR, Argentina.
