Such interventions are built with the aim of provoking an ideological and discursive reorientation that places the issue of languages ​​in a prominent place in the education of students. It is a deliberate movement for the conformation of an imaginary that circumscribes languages ​​not only as instruments for international interactions, but also as a key element in cultural identity, in human and professional training and in the defense of individual and collective rights. This article, inscribed in the glotopolitical approach and from an ethnographic perspective, sets out to describe these interventions and analyze their conditions of production. Nos últimos dois anos foram desenvolvidos na Universidade Federal da Paraíba dispositivos com os quais se propõem intervenções linguísticas no âmbito da instituição. Tais intervenções se constroem com o propósito de provocar uma reorientação ideológica e discursiva que situe a questão das línguas em lugar destacado na formação dos estudantes. Trata-se de um movimento deliberado para a conformação de um imaginário que circunscreva as línguas não somente como instrumentos para interações internacionais, mas também como elemento chave na identidade cultural, na formação humana e profissional e na defesa de direitos individuais e coletivos. Este artigo, inscrito no enfoque glotopolítico e de perspectiva etnográfica, se dispõe a descrever estas intervenções e analisar suas condições de produção.
