In this context, it was necessary to implement a strategic linguistic-educational plan to collaborate with the most affected institutions. In this presentation, we describe and explain in an explanatory way the stages of the “Literacy in secondary school” plan, in the course of which we survey discourses and approaches on literacy, which we correlate with data obtained in the territory and the first results after the application of the didactic materials “Talleres Multidisciplinares”. En Tucumán, Argentina, los resultados del Operativo de Evaluación Aprender 2015 provocaron debates y controversias a nivel escolar, académico y social. En ese contexto, fue necesario implementar un plan lingüístico-educativo estratégico para colaborar con las instituciones más afectadas. En esta presentación, describimos y analizamos explicativamente las etapas del plan “Alfabetización en la escuela secundaria”, en el curso del cual relevamos discursos y enfoques sobre la alfabetización, que correlacionamos con datos obtenidos en el territorio y los primeros resultados tras la aplicación de los materiales didácticos “Talleres Multidisciplinares”.
