They are: School of Fine Arts "José Figueroa Alcorta", Conservatory of Music "Felix Garzon", School of Ceramics "Fernando Arranz", Provincial Institute of Physical Education, School of Applied Arts "Lino Eneas Spilimbergo", School of Tourism and Hospitality "Montes Pacheco", Institute of Higher Education "Dr. Domingo Cabred "and Integral Theater School "Roberto Arlt". The hypothesis is that the lack of an Archives System in the Provincial University of Córdoba hinders the recovery of information. For this reason, the implementation of the proposed institutional archives system aims to achieve better management performance, streamline processes, ensure excellent handling of documents and know the documentary heritage. This is a descriptive research, based on primary and secondary sources, observation techniques and data collection through instruments such as questionnaires and interviews. Esta investigación tiene por objeto proponer un Sistema Institucional de Archivos para la Universidad Provincial de Córdoba, institución creada en 2007 a partir de ocho entidades que pertenecían al ámbito educativo de nivel terciario de la provincia, algunas con más de cien años de trayectoria. Son ellos: Escuela de Bellas Artes “José Figueroa Alcorta”, Conservatorio de Música “Félix Garzón”, Escuela de Cerámica “Fernando Arranz”, Instituto Provincial de Educación Física, Escuela de Artes Aplicadas “Lino Eneas Spilimbergo”, Escuela de Turismo y Hotelería “Montes Pacheco”, Instituto de Educación Superior “Dr. Domingo Cabred” y Escuela Integral de Teatro “Roberto Arlt”. La hipótesis que se plantea es que la carencia de un Sistema de Archivos en la Universidad Provincial de Córdoba dificulta la recuperación de la información. Por ello, la implementación del sistema institucional de archivos propuesto, tiene por fin lograr un mejor desempeño en la gestión, agilizar los procesos, garantizar un excelente manejo de los documentos y conocer el acervo documental. Se trata de una investigación de tipo descriptiva, fundamentada en fuentes primarias y secundarias, técnicas de observación y recolección de datos a través de instrumentos tales como cuestionarios y entrevistas.
