Este trabajo explora la memoria de los obreros afiliados a la HOAC/F a través del fondo documental que alberga el Archivo de la Comisión Permanente de la Hermandad Obrera de Acción Católica (ACPHOAC), localizado en la calle Alfonso XI, nº4, de la ciudad de Madrid (España). Estas líneas también hacen énfasis en la documentación escrita disponible para la (re)construcción de las vivencias y trayectorias de aquellas mujeres que pertenecieron a la HOAC Femenina durante buena parte del pasado siglo. Ante la fragmentación de documentación existente para el estudio de las mujeres, se hace obligada la consulta de otros archivos de la Acción Católica Española (ACE). La disposición de las cajas, la riqueza patrimonial y las condiciones de acceso del ACPHOAC, en comparación con otros fondos custodiados por la ACE, demuestran por un lado la abundante documentación que existe para el relato de los hombres y, por el otro, las dificultades en rescatar a las obreras, casi invisibles, del pasado. Quien crea la historia, conserva, organiza y divulga.Abstract This papers analyzes the HOAC/F workers membership memories through the documentary collection of the Hermandad Obrera de Acción Católica archive, localized at Alfonso XI street, number four, in Madrid city (Spain). As well as, this lines emphasized in the guidelines for the (re) construction of life lessons and trajectories of the women who belonged to the female HOAC(F) during the past century. Due to the women fragmented documentation present for this analysis, it is indispensable the examination of other historical archives from the Spanish Catholic Action. The arrangement of the boxes, the patrimonial wealth and the conditions for access to the Hermandad Obrera de Acción Católica archive, in comparison with other historial archives from the Spanish Catholic Action, shows, on one hand, the plentiful documentation which occurs for the history of the male group, and, on the other hand, the difculties that exists for recovering the female stories, almost invisible, from the past.
