La falta de homologación terminológica genera, por una parte, expresiones no totalmente satisfactorias y, por la otra, la necesidad de aclarar permanentemente el significado de alginos de los vocablos que se emplean. Los Archivos Judiciales no escapan de esta situación; por ello, el uso de lenguaje controlado se presenta como un instrumento hábil para la superación de las dificultades teóricas y técnicas en la recuperación de la infomación en estos Archivos.En este articulo se presenta una síntesis del estudio que se realizó como trabajo final de Licenciatura en Archívologia, en el que se analizaron once términos: Acuerdo, Archivo, Expediente, Informe, Legajo, Oficio, Protocolo, Registro, Resolución, Serie y Valor del documento y se propone un glosario con definiciones sugeridas para su aplicación en cualquier parte del territorio argentino.Se utilizó bibliografía de distintos autores, reglamentos, leyes, diccionarios y glosaríos y pretende crear conciencia de esta realidad, dar los primeros pasos hacia la nomalización y construir un elemento que permita el ingreso de los Archivos Judiciales a una nueva forma de companir la infomación que custodia.AbstractThe Archivology faces today severe dificulties regarding the diversity and the possible ambiguity of his language. The lack of terminology homologation generates, on one hand, not entirely satisfactory expressions and, on the other, the need to clarify permanently the meaning of some of the words that are used. Judicial Archives do not escape from this situation; therefore, the use of controlled language is presented as an instmment able to overcome the theoretical and technical dificulties in recovering the information in these Archives.This article presents a summary of the study done as final work of Bachelor Archivology in which eleven terms were analysed: Agreement, Record/Archive, File, Report, Ofiice, Protocol, Register, Resolution, Series and Value of documents, and a glossary with suggested definitions for use in any pan of Argentine territory is proposed.Bibliography of several authors, regilations, laws, dictionaries and glossaries were used. The aims is to raise awareness of this reality, take the first steps towards normalization and build an element that allows the entry of Judicial Archives to a new way of sharing the information they custody.Keywords: judicial archives, univocal words, agreement, glossary.
