Sumario:This work by Dr. Juan Carlos Loza, acting substitute professor of Civil Law (fourth year), was accepted in its central thought by the Third National Conference of Lawyers, although (according to what was expressed within of the special commission that ruled on the matter and judged it "as a useful contribution to the study of the subject") it was not appropriate to go into details, since they should be the subject of the legislative work and not of an assembly that by its nature should only state general statements.
