Este trabajo del señor profesor suplente, en ejercicio, de la cátedra de Derecho Civil (cuarto curso), Dr. Juan Carlos Loza, fué aceptado en su pensamiento central por la Tercera Conferencia Nacional de Abogados, si bien (según se expresó en el seno de la comisión especial que dictaminó al respecto y lo juzgó "como una útil contribución al estudio del tema") no correspondía entrar en detalles, ya que ellos deben ser materia de la obra legislativa y no de una asamblea que por su índole sólo debe enunciar declaraciones de carácter general.
