Since then, the subject continues to be in formation. It still presents hesitant aspects; but it has achieved greater characterization. Vamos a ocuparnos del contrato de adhesión, tema complejo y a nuestro juicio de interés creciente, respecto del cual tenemos la enorme desventaja de haber sido tratado en esta misma sala por el eminente profesor francés Monsieur René Demogue, en una de sus conferencias del año 1926. Desde entonces la materia continúa en formación. Presenta aún aspectos vacilantes; pero ha logrado mayor caracterización.
