Sumario:To study the Roman judicial procedure is to know in its full form the law of Rome. Therefore, this study, far from being an "archaeological" discussion without positive purposes, is a first-order element to clarify the fundamental concepts of law.This is evident in a tangible way in primitive law, since there the procedural mechanism is interpenetrated and identified almost with the law itself.
