The exceptional qualities of the lecturer made this act, ordinarily trivial and ephemeral, a positive lesson, full of suggestions and intense emotion. El día 20 de octubre corriente, d señor profesor de Metafísica de la Universidad de Madrid, Dr. José Ortega y Gasset, pronunció en acto público, presidido por el Sr. Rector de la Universidad, Dr. Julio Deheza, en el Salón de Grados y en presencia de un numerosísimo concurso de académicos, profesores y alumnos, una disertación sobre cultura filosófica. Las excepcionales cualidades del conferencista hicieron de este acto, de ordinario trivial y efímero, una positiva lección, llena de sugestiones y de emoción intensa.
